At the forefront of the Americana resurgence, the band takes its cues from Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, and David Ramirez, reinterpreting and rejuvenating American roots styles through a contemporary lens. Pietrini came up on the Chicago music scene before moving to Milwaukee, where he honed his signature “foot-tapping and pensive steel-guitar-driven” style (Milwaukee Magazine)

Alt-Americana songwriter Brett Newski has been described as a “collision of highway 61 Bob Dylan & 90s alternative.” Newski initially gained attention touring in South Africa before building a career on the American songwriter circuit. He coined the term “ameriCONa” to describe his scrappy, outsider take on Americana rock n roll.

Boris & the Joy's flexible indie-folk-electro-pop stylings shimmer with psychedelic undertones, soul-baring lyrics and intimate incantations of love and hope. With an acoustic, electric guitar and equal parts tender and surreal vocals, this project reflects the beauty and pain experienced in the journey of profound transformation. Boris, the Ukrainian/Russian singer, composer and guitar player has toured the world as the guitarist of gypsy-punk band Gogol Bordello.
