Point of Jazz Jam Session: Ft. SM4LL HOUSE

The Point of Jazz is a jazz collective led by recent graduates of the music department at University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Every Thursday the group plays at Stone Arch Brewpub in Appleton Wisconsin from 7:30-9:30PM. They play a one hour set featuring that week’s guest artist, then open the stage for community members to join in on their respective instruments. This week's featured artist is SM4LL HOUSE Quartet.

SM4LL HOUSE Quartet is a powerhouse ensemble of some of Wisconsin's finest jazz musicians, bringing together unique talents and original compositions for an unforgettable experience. Featuring Kelvin Kaspar on guitar, known for his soulful and intricate playing, and Kyle Knoke on vocals, who also serves as the program director for the acclaimed Jazz Coterie, SM4LL HOUSE brings a blend of artistry and passion to every performance. Rounding out the lineup is the incredible Jessie Crandal and Colt Maichle also of the beloved Point of Jazz house band. Together, these four musicians create a rich, dynamic sound that pushes boundaries while staying rooted in the tradition of jazz. Expect soulful melodies, tight improvisation, and an intimate, electric vibe every time SM4LL HOUSE takes the stage.
