Introducing The Malt House at Stone Arch, an exclusive event space nestled on the second floor of our historic building. With a seating capacity of 70 guests, The Malt House offers an intimate setting for private events and gatherings. Step into a beautiful and open space that was once a dance studio, now transformed into a versatile venue that exudes charm and character. Whether you're hosting a wedding rehearsal, corporate event, or special celebration, The Malt House provides a unique atmosphere that combines history with contemporary elegance.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable. The full balance of the booked amount is due 48 hours prior to your event. The additional beverages and items added day of, will be due in full at the end of your event. There is no room rental fee, however we require a minimum purchase of $500 in food and beverages, $750 on Friday & Saturday nights. Gratuity and service charges (based upon which services you hire us to provide) will be added, as well as standard sales tax (5.5%) to the final bill.
Guaranteed guest counts, and all final food & beverage orders must be confirmed within our office FOURTEEN (14) days prior to your event, for us to order supplies & secure staff needed to execute your event. It is the customer’s responsibility to meet this deadline. Once we have received final counts, these counts may not be reduced, and will be the minimum number for which you will be charged. Last minute changes beyond the 2-week deadline are not guaranteed, and may entail late fees depending on the nature of the changes.

Decorations are allowed; however, we do not allow anything to be attached to any permanent surface within the facility. Glitter of any kind is absolutely forbidden in the building. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a professional cleaning &/or repair fee at the customer’s expense.
Additional services are available upon request (AV, speaker, microphone needs). Please contact your event coordinator for details and pricing. All prices are guaranteed for 90 days, however due to fluctuating market conditions, prices are subject to change. Should your pricing change, we will notify you of these changes.
If your event has drastic changes due to unforeseeable circumstances (acts of God, national health emergencies, etc...), we will void our contract and do our best to accommodate your new requirements.
After 8 years in healthcare, Beki returned to her hospitality roots as Stone Arch's Catering & Events Director. With a passion for sustainability, local support, and wellness, Beki is the perfect fit for our team.
