Shrimp and Scallop Ceviche with tomato, green onion, jalapeño, avocado, onion and a citrus marinade served with roasted garlic crostini

Course 2

CharcuterieHouse ham, pork confit, smoked white fish, pickled kohlrabi, strawberry jam, Oatmeal Stout biscuit, Six Grain mustard, and Dunbarton Blue Cheddar

Course 3

Pan-seared Sea Scallops with yukon gold potato fondant, Swiss chard, celery root puree, pea puree, and crispy plantain chips finished with chili oil.

Espresso-dusted Wild Lamb Meatball with house-made spaghetti tossed in a parmesan cream sauce, fresh English peas, and finished with a lemon mint oil.
